We aim to provide children the experience of interacting with their parents or family members in a safe and neutral environment as their parents work through difficult legal, relational, and family issues. Our goal is to maintain respectful neutrality with both parents as we help them build a cooperative parenting relationship that focuses on the needs and safety of their children.

Ryan Kiger - Owner, Business Manager

I grew up in a separated home and understand the struggles that those circumstances entail. My goal is to ensure our clients have a positive and seamless experience with our business. I’m dedicated to improving our processes and efficiency so parents can focus on spending as much time with their children as possible.

Lacey Kiger - Owner, Primary Consultant

I’m dedicated to helping parents navigate the challenges of co-parenting. I’ve always been passionate about helping others and I am committed to helping parents create healthy and positive experiences for the benefit of their children.

Jeannie Walker - Supervisor

I am a mother of two grown children and two small dogs. For the past 15 years, I have been active in the mortgage industry. I love spending time with my family on the water riding our jet skis. I also enjoy crafting and playing bingo.

Marla Milligan - Supervisor

I love seeing children and parents together in a healthy and safe environment. I retired after 40 years of rewarding service from the Juvenile Courts. I have done Supervised/Parent time for the last 13 years. I have 3 grown children & 2 grandchildren that I love and enjoy so much. I enjoy family, reading, cooking & water aerobics.
