Services Designed For Your Family
Making the difficult parts of life easy for kids is our top priority.
We serve families who have protective orders or no-contact orders administered through the court system or families with open DCFS cases and ordered to participate in supervised visitation. Families we work with are often working through difficult legal, personal, relational, and family issues. We facilitate a conflict free exchange or interaction with the other parent. Specifically, we specialize in supervised parent-time and neutral exchanges of children.
Neutral Exchanges
We allow kids to be authentically themselves. We believe a neutral exchange between parents is an opportunity to create a positive environment for children. We provide support and reassurance throughout the process and allow them to express their emotions in a safe space.
$35 per exchange
$55 two exchanges on the same day
Supervised Parent Time
We create a safe and nurturing environment for children to spend quality time with both parents while providing protection from any potential harm that might arise from a difficult home environment. Plus, supervised visits give the parents the opportunity to practice healthy communication and boundaries.
$70 per hour
$35 per half-hour *
*Minimum 1 hour parent time before becoming eligible for half-hour rates
Scheduling Coordination Fee
$30 per parent, per scheduling coordination ($60 total) for parents/family members who can’t coordinate between themselves to schedule online through the Client Login and require Kiger Family Services staff to schedule services
Late Fees
$1 per minute paid by the late parent/s for either exchanges or parent-time
Other Fees
Other fees apply as necessary (No Show, Late Cancellation, Document requests, etc.)
